テーマとユーモア
主人公は10歳のヤスミン、8歳のイリス、5歳のレオの３人きょうだい。待ちに待ったペットのハムスター「ハンスペリ」が家にやってきて、子どもたちは大喜びです。しかし、３人の大きな期待を裏切る残酷な現実に、不条理なユーモアが生まれます。可愛いけれど手に負えないハムスターは、笑いとカオスを巻き起こす、まさにこの物語のグレムリンです。動物は、人間の気まぐれに振り回されることなく、ありのままでいる権利があることをやさしく描くシリーズ。チームワークや柔軟さの大切さも教えてくれる物語です。

THEMES & HUMOUR
The main characters are the siblings JASMIN (10), IRIS (8) and brother LEO (5). They are very excited when their long-awaited pet arrives home…the hamster called HANSPERI. Absurd humour is born as the siblings’ high expectations clash with the cruel reality. A cute but uncontrollable hamster is really the gremlin of the stories. It is both amusing and chaotic at the same time.
The series is a gentle take on an animal’s right to simply be an animal without having to comply to a human’s every whim. The stories is also about the importance of teamwork and flexibility.
